Adventure Island Rumored to Hit WiiWare in Spring
Wii Ware World has gotten the scoop from Hudson, that a new Adventure Island game could make its way on the Wii this Spring.
The classic NES side-scrolling platformer features Master Higgins and his love of fruit and skateboarding. The game saw three installments on the NES (a fourth installment in Japan), two Super Nintendo titles, as well as TurboGrafx-16′s, New Adventure Island.
It’s unknown whether this new title will be 8-bit in the realm of Mega Man 9 or updated graphically. The title is rumored to hit Wii Ware around April of this year.
