For us the the USA, it’s tax time! Which might mean that Uncle Sam shall be gifting a lucky number of people with some tax rebates! Thanks to 72 Pins, my entire tax rebate will probably end up adorning my walls with these sweet NES cartridges! Each of these awesome little plastic pieces still contain an original NES game with the artwork replaced by 8bit renditions of newer classics (Shadow of the Colossus, Dead Island, Diablo, Resident Evil, etc…).

Hey, at least my taxes will be pumping some sweet and sexy cash back into the American economy, right?

Many gamers would be hard-pressed to argue that Bethesda’s visual displays are nothing short of incredible. Concept artist Adam Adamowicz had an instrumental role in bringing Fallout 3′s post-apocalyptic wasteland and Skyrim’s stunning environment to life. Unfortunately, Adamowicz passed away February 8th, 2012. Adamowicz leaves a beautiful and incredible legacy behind as a talented artist that helped inspire the themes of two popular Bethesda titles. Awesome Robo has an article with some of Adamowicz’s art as well as a short commentary by a fellow concept artist.
